We carried out a visual inspection on the condition of a large void inside a building using a confined space drone. The void was accessed via a manhole chamber.

Previously the inspection was carried out by a confined space team, not anymore as there's a safer approach.

Using indoor drone technology keeps people out of harm’s way while capturing HD video to understand the condition or a 3D point cloud that can be used for measurements or visualisations.

We provided a 4K video and HD images of the void structure to our client while the inspector was also able to view the live footage and direct us into various areas.
